The Professional Engineers Board (PEB)’s Day of Dedication 2023 was held at the Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium on 9 November 2023.

The Innovative Professional Engineer (IPE) Award 2023 in Singapore, awarded by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) at their Day of Dedication, recognized Er. Wong Seng (for pioneering concrete PPVC tech with composite shear walls for cost/productivity)

Er. Wong Seng innovated and patented the concrete PPVC technology using a unique composite shear wall system which has brought significant cost savings and improvement in construction productivity and sustainability.

The lightweight PPVC modules lead to more efficient transportation and installation, better site safety and environmental outcomes for the industry.
