Whistler Grand is a residential high-rise development comprises two tower blocks of 36-Storey apartments with ancillary landscaped deck, 2 basement carparks, 2 shop units and communal facilities at West Coast Vale in Singapore. There are a total of 716 residential units in the development.

The two tower blocks were assembled rather than built by adopting the reinforced concrete PPVC system in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Singapore Building Construction Authority (BCA)’s Code of Practice on Buildability 2015.
