♦ Follow up on signed economic contracts.

♦ Coordinate with Project Department to update progress at the site.

♦ Monitor and control debts, control limits, deadlines and payment terms written on contracts and orders.

♦ Contact customers to request payment of debt.

♦ Receive, check and input data on debt-related file software.

♦ Check and compare detailed and aggregated data.

♦ Completing debt records and collecting debts when they arise.

♦ Perform the tasks of debt accounting.

♦ Acting as Treasurer.

♦ Perform some other tasks as assigned by management.

♦ Prepare status reports, weekly debt plans and reports according to regulations.

♦  Phối hợp Phòng dự án cập nhật tiến độ tại công trình.

♦ Theo dõi kiểm soát công nợ, kiểm soát hạn mức, thời hạn và điều khoản thanh toán ghi trên hợp đồng, đơn hàng.

♦ Liên hệ với khách hàng để đề nghị thanh toán nợ.

♦ Tiếp nhận, kiểm tra và nhập liệu trên phần mềm hồ sơ liên quan đến công nợ.

♦ Kiểm tra đối chiếu số liệu chi tiết và tổng hợp.

♦ Thực hiện việc hoàn tất hồ sơ công nợ và thu hồi nợ khi có phát sinh.

♦ Thực hiện các công việc của kế toán công nợ.

♦ Kiêm nhiệm Thủ quỹ.

♦ Thực hiện một số công việc khác theo sự phân công của cấp quản lý.

♦ Lập báo cáo tình hình, kế hoạch công nợ hàng tuần và các báo cáo theo quy định.

♦ Chi tiết công việc trao đổi thêm khi phỏng vấn.

♦ Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or above.

Carry out structural design and produce professional engineering calculation complying to Eurocodes and prevailing building control regulations

Attending project/ technical meetings with authorities, developer, and contractors

Prepare technical engineering reports as and when required by authorities or clients

Responsible for all inspection activities being carried out

Familiar with engineering software

Able to work independently

Possess good communication skill 

Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Engineering (Civil) from a recognized University

Minimum 5 or 3 years and above of working experience in Civil and Structural consultancy firm

Able to perform structural analysis using design software such as Tekla, SAP2000, SAFE, ETABS, Prokon, etc.

Willing to and with enthusiasm to learn in the field of civil and structural engineering design

Familiar with Revit Structure is an added advantage
