Mr. WONG Seng is Executive Director, chief executive officer, and the chairman of Board.
 
Mr. Wong has over 38 years of experience in civil and structural engineering industry and he worked as an engineer for several multinational firms. He has been involved in various residential and
commercial development projects in Singapore and other countries in Asia.

• Registered Professional Engineer, Singapore

• Fellow member of the Institution of Engineers, Singapore Chartered Engineer, UK Chartered Professional Engineer in Australia Associate of the Institution of Structural Engineers Corporate Member of the Australia Institution of Engineers

• Accredited Checker registered with the BCA Singapore.

• The Qualified Person for one of the six major Deep Tunnel Sewerage System Tunnel projects in Singapore

• 1998 – 2001: A council member of the Institution of Engineers

• 2000 – 2001: Held chairmanship of the Civil and Structural Technical Committee

Ms. Leow has more than 20 years of experience as a project manager & design engineer in the building & construction industry in Singapore & Vietnam.

For the past 20 years, she has been involved in the design & construction of numerous high rise residential, industrial, educational, and commercial and army camp in Singapore & Vietnam. She is also the signing QP for of high rise 40 storey condominiums using PPVC design in Singapore and possess professional license to practice in Vietnam as well.

· 15-Storey HDB housing buildings and multi-storey carparks at Sembawang and Jurong West

· Upgrading projects for HDB in Toa Payoh Lor ¾

 Ir. Lim is a Civil & Structural engineer with 18 years of experience in the construction Industry with both consulting and site experience. He has been responsible for the design of variety types of building in Singapore, Bangkok, Vietnam, and Lebanon. These include offices, shopping centres, condominium, houses and airport.
